If you are between 18 and 27 years of age, have experience looking after children and would like to live with a nice host family in the USA or Europe, you should look into STEP IN´s Au-pair Program!  As an au-pair you can improve your foreign language skills and boost your prospects in today´s internationalized job market.

STEP IN is a member of the International Au-pair Association (IAPA), the world´s only Au-Pair umbrella organisation which provides guidelines for agencies, host families and au-pairs.  Based on these guidelines, you will have a contract stipulating the size of the allowance you receive and your working hours plus provides time off and guarantees that you have a room of your own.

To participate in STEP IN Au-pair Programme you will need to have the following:

• child care experience (minimum of two references)
• good working knowledge of the English language

• complete application form
• passport
• 6 or 12 month program commitment
